Civilians working in Defence ask for bribe
The most corrupt people are the Defence civilians who ask for bribe from contractors like us to pass our bills.The senior accounts Officer of Controller Defence Accounts Navy,Mr AR Sathyanarayanan has been asking for bribe from me to get my bills passed.The Defence Officers who give the job are honest to a fault but these Defence civilians are like any other Government department and will not clear bills for work done if bribe is not paid.Please bring this to the notice of CVC as these guys are insulting our soldiers.
