was surprised to not find health department in the drop downs. a govt appointed permanent doctor has been charging fees to give medicines n other treatments (supplied by govt for free distribution)to the rural needy people. the doctor gets a handsome amt as his monthly salary with the additional benefits enjoyed by other state govt officers.
