1330 hrs on 3rd JAN 2015
at the central police station in sector 12 faridabad
He asked for a "fee", i looked bewildered because I was aware and had read at many places that no fees are required in such procedures.
He started sniggering and said Fee nhi samajhte kya!!?( you don't understand what i mean by fee!!??) and I quickly understood what he meant, i wasn't carrying much just 350 INR
I gave the bribe of 300 only because i didn't want any problem/complication to arise anywhere in the process(the kind of problem that can easily be made up and hinder or delay the process).I hate these problems and in an ideal uncorrupt world, i won't worry about them.
I felt disappointed in myself after the episode, hence decided to just vent out the frustration in more sublime manner.I know its not much, but bribe is a bribe, no matter how small
