I undesdisably had to pay bribe

The corrupt police officer indirectly asked me more money 300rs, when I offered him 100 rs for passport police verification . He was not opening his mouth for two three day and teasing me with illogical reasons. I was in mood not to pay the bribe, since the place is my birth place(Amdara, Tehsil Maihar, satna, m. P., India) but the locals there said you will not get passport unless you pay him kharcha pani (bribe). Hence I become ready to pay bribe but capturing him in camera. So my fight would remain alive, if I m willing to do so in near future. I even tweet to shushma swaraj (foreing minister) regarding this issue but all went in vain.
