I bought a 60x40 site in Srirampuram. After the registration i apply for khatha transfer. The Revanue inspector ********** who is in the same office without getting transfered for the past 20 years gets into an uderstanding with one of his friends **********. they make a plot. ********** says that he has made a sale agreement before me and files a case in the civil court.
The revanue inspector stops khatha transfer and demands 100000/- bribe. I paid the bribe to get the khatha transfer.It was proved in the court that the sale deed was forged. This is a routine trick by the land mafia.
