No Parking of a Tw0-Wheeler

Date: 9th May 2017
Location: Mahadevpura Police Station, Mahadevpura, Bangalore
Person: No Police Officer present (guess it was done deliberately), the driver/assistant of the Tow Vehicle.
He said the fine to pay for Parking in "No Parking" area was INR 750/-. But said I had to pay at least INR 500/-, since I had no cash he agreed to take INR 400/- without any receipt.
