My wife applied for a new passport. after three month also passport dint came. i checked with the call centre, they told police verification not clear. i came back from Muscat and visited RPO bengaluru. after all efforts we got a form to tell the reason why are we here. she wrote and given inside the office. they told to go to the first floor. she went to first floor. according to my wife , a lady sitting in counter and so furious even to talk to her. she took the paper and told that you will get passport in 10 working hours. she came out and told me that. then my wife got a sms, telling that to come to first floor.
she went upstairs and to check whats the problem. the same lady demanded INR 5000, to release passport. my wife came to me and asked the amount. i gave as i dont have any option. but today 01.09.2015, still i not got the passport.
now when i asked about the status, they are telling again the same story, police verification not clear.
tell me wat to do.......
