Actually a month ago, a scheme came from central government called NSDC. In this scheme the NSDC is providing us with various course, we have to pay rs 1000 as the registration fee and after the completion of the course they will return our money and give us 1000 rs extra. So in short by charging a sum of 1000 rs they will give a sum of rs 2000 to the students. Here the college is playing mind games with us, college is doing the registration forcefully and after the completion of course not giving us a sum of rs 2000. We are about 400 students in our college and a sum of rs 4 lacks has been collected by the college from all of us. So after the completion of course, college will get 8 Lack rupees from Government. They are planning to consume student money. College forcefully collecting money, they are not allowing us to appear on exam without the registration slip of NSDC.
