Subregistrar office Shivaji nagar
I paid bribe of 15000 rupees at Sub Registrar Shivajinagar Bangalore for registering one of my residential property. I don't know the name of officer but person accompanying me for registration who was representive of builder took money and told me that this is to distribute among different employees of the office to get registration done. They don't ask to person directly but take it through the mediator. I know all the resident who bought house in my community and registered have paid same amount and till now that number is 60.
