I told i have enough documents like Driving License, RC Book and Insurance. I have traveled with my friend he also wearing helmet but still they are asking Emission Test Document But I don't have but i asked for a bill but they said if your not ready to give the money we will seal the bike and pay the fine from court and take the bike. I requested for putting bill here only i will pay the bill whatever comes for emission test they are not ready do that they need money. At-last i need to go office so paid 100 rupees that too i have 120 only. That like all are 20 rupees and 10 rupees note. I have paid 100 rupees i came to office,
