I realized that i had parked my 2 wheeler in a no parking zone when i returned from medical checkup test completion to find my vehicle gone.
i found my vehicle chained at the race course traffice police station, i was asked to pay Rs. 300 but got a Receipt of Rs. 100 for traffic violation and another Rs. 100 receipt as vehicle towing charges.
i was not aware that i need to pay only Rs. 200 for this traffic violation, i had inadvertently paid Rs. 100 as bribe and i knew it was no point arguing with the policeman for his extra charge.
please make sure that you pay only Rs. 200 for the fine; giving away 300 and expecting back 100 is i believe an impossible feat.
