It was dhantarusti and i was coming afetr giving a test.i had my license but not papers.i asked him that i can get the papers but he was adamant.i had to pay him a bribe on dhantarusti , and made my whole day go bad.i really wanted to report the policeman for his rude behaviour.But i guess a common man has not much of power.
