Change? Whose Business is it?

While India stands at par with the rest and the best of the world with regard to film, music, fashion, literature or fine arts, it is disheartening to see the highest rungs of the political structure embroiled in corruption, scams and scandals. It’s time for the Prime Minister’s Office to act as a catalyst in bringing about a positive change and avoid passing the buck.
