When you live in a country that is still involved in a day to day struggle to provide basic infrastructure and services to its people, here are some numbers that are truly heartbreaking.
The information is all the more tragic when faced with the fact that whenever our local representatives are questioned on non-conformance, the standard answer is always “no budget”. Will the Lokpal Bill effect change? Will it be able to stop this outflow? What’s your take on this?
