It looks like it’s been a Lokpal week as every publication and every media has been discussing the Bill, the controversies and other complexities around it. The introduction of the Bill has managed to disappoint a large chunk of the civil society as is clear from the debates that clearly speak of the missing provisions and the lackadaisical aspect of the Bill, it would certainly help one to understand the provisions contained in the Draft.
