Prime Minister Manmohan Singh while interacting with media persons on his flight back to India after attending the India-Brazil-South Africa (IBSA) summit in Pretoria, South Africa said that social activist Anna Hazare's anti-corruption movement has served its purpose. Does this mean that the Lokpal Bill is in the pipeline?
