Sodexo coupons as bribes?

Here is a unique bribe report that ipaidabribe.com received yesterday.
“I was on the way to my office and suddenly one cop stopped me and asked for license and registration, unfortunately my pollution check had expired and the cop wanted money but I had no money to pay him. Then he saw the sodexo meal pass in my wallet and said "being an IT guy you must have Sodexo meal pass". He took the voucher worth 50 bucks and left me.”
