Why the right to recall is flawed?

Direct democracy has always enjoyed an evocative space amongst the utopian democrats in India. Even the recent crusade against corruption has managed to generate a lot of discussion around the right to recall. Is direct democracy symbolic of all voices or does it facilitate only people who have the wherewithal of articulating the dominant voice?
