While most of the Indian companies get away with their under the table operations in India, their operations in the United Kingdom would certainly be under surveillance and strict watch with the introduction of the new British Bribery Act. Stringent provisions include extended jurisdiction over an Indian firm for every action that it undertakes not just in Britain but elsewhere in the world. Is this the beginning of a new colonization?
