Where there’s will(bribe), there’s bound to be way! In this case, a hologram. This proverb never seemed so true to this respondent from Bangalore who was initially denied his driver’s licence as the RTO officials claimed to have run out of holograms. But, wait! Since the-ever-so-courteous-officials-who-never-miss-an-opportunity-to-help-those-in-need couldn’t watch this hapless soul wait any longer, they decided to assist, and how! Hats off to such selfless officers whose dearth has caused such pandemonium in the public services department!
