Even though India is now being touted as the 10th largest economy in the world, this article examines liberalisation and what still needs to be done in reducing the gap between the have and have nots, including the failure to fulfill commitments made in the fields of infrastructure, health as well as unfinished economic agendas. Are we truly heading into the future, or not ?
