Hi,
I came from USA on 2010 March and purchased two plots in Tenali. During the registration the document writer (also acts as broker between Registrar office and the public who comes for registration) collects bribe and passes to appropriate persons in the registrar office.
This is a regular and daily activity in all registrar office though in India. But I cannot say I am victim, because every one who approaches government offices should pay the bribe in order to get the service and its mandatory.
