Plain simple - had to pay 500 bucks to get the stamp paper attested saying I am staying in Maharashtra. This was to enable me to write CET for getting admission into a local engineering college. Finally went to IIT Madras since its totally not worth all this. Even if it was equal, this would bite me, everytime I would see my degree.
