I got a job in dubai so my brother told to apply passport i did it but who was head constable of that station he was told to me ur passport delivery in critical position ur certificate was not properly but my every certificate is right there is no more mistake in my certificate i knew it.but he said we cant do anything u have to waiting 3 to 4 months for ur passport then i will consider {note the point} he was not sure then he will consider since that time another constable said to me give me 400 i will rectify ur problem... since i have no choice so paid 400 for the constable
