Omega Builders, Pune forces cash payment for flat transfer
I recently transfered my flat to the buyer and the builder forced me to pay in cash Rs 150000/- to facilitate the transfer. No receipt was given and the payment was in cash to issue the NOC for registration of the flat. Seems like this is the norm, why is the IT dept quite about this type of bribery and extortion. If the society was formed it might have cost me just 15-25000 and that too with an official receipt. What a shame.
