Honorable corrupt Judge with the assistance of corrupt bench clerk and sub-ordinates at additional District Munsif Court Karaikudi-Sivagangai District, TamilNad, India.
Please find below the letter, I have submitted the below letter through Fax on 06.05.2013, to “The registrar”, after few month back, the below said missed documents are handed over to us, saying that it was (by mistake) placed in another bundle. Then after we find no option, we request for change of court, as the court is handled by the few lawyer only, No true Justice is expected, Now my claim is due to corrupt practice of Honorable personalities , we are facing lot of problem,
who should held responsible?
We unable to break the injunction! as we deliberately said the happenings, we are tig-taged by the court!

Respected Sir,
With reference to above, I shall show the inability to prove with evidence that an approx Rs 80,000/- have been bribed to the court including Judge to disturb the court machinery and to sell justice, I have to prove the gratification only with the case merits and some incidents happened in the court.
Since the suit is between the elder sisters i.e. my mother and Younger sister i.e. my niece, bribe transaction was well known to us, being us the first court dealings, I was shocked on hearing about the judiciary bribe. Many personalities told me that, complaining a judge is not a small thing! as it can’t be proved well! Then after we enquired many plaintiffs around karaikudi were almost all are suffering due to bribe at karaikudi Munsif court, many such unjustified judgments were given by taking bribe, and most of them become the victims of violence. As a truth finder we are asking many judicial personalities within karaikudi, all of them told us that judge was committed so we will not get justice? Then I don’t know where I can get justice rather than court.
An ex-parte injuntion was granted on 17.12.2012 and next hearing was on 22.01.2013
On 22.01.2013 all the counter documents and records were submitted in court to vacate the ex-parte injunction.
Many trials gone for the past four months without any proper reason!
Even applied for CA, till date No proper response was given by the court.
On 25.04.2013 No written or oral orders was passed, but the case was posted to 30.04.2013 for orders.
On 30.04.2013, Hon’ble judge attend the bench in the morning, No written or oral orders was passed, in the evening they said, that Judge went to marriage.
On 02.05.2013 oral orders was passed stated that the ex-party injuntion become permanent injuntion.
On next day we stressed them to issue CA (Copy of Application) which was applied on 25.04.2013 and also learnt that all the records submitted by us were missing from the file.
But till date we are not getting proper orders for appeal and post dated dairies were prepared, now they are saying that, order was passed on 25.04.2013.
Delay in issuing copy orders caused more injuries to my mother, who is residing in suit property for more than 30 years.
How come an ex-parte injunction kept as it is for five months?
How come the submitted documents are missing from the file?
How an oral order passed on 02.05.2013, become order passed date as 25.04.2013?
Why the copy of application was not given on the same day? i.e. on 25.04.2013
Why the oral orders were not given into written orders?
Please kindly look into the matter seriously, many poor’s are affected by such practices and as sufferer I am mentally stressed, now I don’t have any option to move beyond and being an Indian I want know the real meaning of “Democracy”. As a sufferer I please your kind intervention to this matter.
I made this legitimate complaint and instead of it being acted upon or investigated, the above statement is true in front of my soul.
