Non/delayed delivery of cooking gas refill
Both myself & my wife are working.We have given standing instructions to LPG distributor to deliver the refill after 2PM. But the delivery boy of the distributor takes advantage of this and sells the cylinder in black. Upon inquiry for non delivery,every time we are informed that the house was found locked.Every time refill is delivered after my wife goes to the distributor and fights with him and then refill is delivered without receipt. This is so because I have not bribed the delivery boy. There is a huge corruption in Cooking Gas refill delivery and new connection. There is no complaints mechanisms against corrupt LPG distributors.
