Such cases are galore. We are aware of such institutions. Solution to this problem lies in people coming forward to expose wrong doers. Hiding identity helps none. If they are prepared for a full scale war against the Chairman and his cronies of that deemed university, they should approach Joint Secretary, Department of Health in-charge of Medical Council of India as well as the Secretary, Department of Health, Government of India. Since it is a deemed university, they should write to University Grants Commission (UGC) and demand de-recognition of deemed university status accorded by them. We would also suggest that they should even approach Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for bringing all of them to book.
