BSNL has a Public Grievance Online Complaint BSNL Portal to reach to higher authorities of BSNL for lodging the complaints by subscribers for any pending issue or for any service telecom from the side of BSNL,

For this you first need to book a complaint at BSNL Self-care Portal, Toll Free complaint numbers of 198 (Local authorities for immediate attention for the service). And if after registering the complaint, the complaint has still not been resolved with the local authorities, then you may have to lodge their long pending complaints through this Public Grievance Complaint Management System Portal by visiting http://mis.bsnl.co.in/pgs/internet/pgwebregn.asp and lodging your complaint. After filling the details, you will get a complaint ID, which you should record in order to follow up your complaint in future.
