I would suggest the following steps. Please complain to higher authorities, giving the full details. Second, file an RTI application to find out what has happened to your application. Nobody can give you an oral reply and get away with it. Third, please record the conversation when you visit the office next time and go public with the information. Only if we pin down officials to their responsibilities, will they feel the heat.

Hi Raghu, I have an issue hope you have solution for it. I have trasnfred my ration card from coorg to b,lore in Jan 2010. I have completed the formalities and intially they asked me to come after a month. but now its been almost 10 months i have not got the ration card yet. Every month i have been visiting to the office which is in KR Puram, Every time they tell me that they dont have the computers to take a snap so they ask me to come next month. When next month comes and same answer or the food officer is not avialble. So please help or let me know what cud be the next step. Thanks in advance.
