My mother expired in B.R. SINGH RLY. HOSPITAL SEALDAH. W.B. on 27/10/2012. She was suffering from thyroid carcinoma. I now require her death certificate. Please advise me. Her body was brought back to Patna and she was laid to rest in the Rly. Cemetery Danapur. Please advise me how can I procure her death certificate.
