Honest officer
This was in 1993. i was on leave. borrowed my brother's bike and was on my way to alwaye for some work. in between i was stopped by a cop. he pointed out that bike i was riding did not display number plate on the front. politely he took out a receipt for fine, which i paid. on asking he made it clear that i was given 7 days to install one, in between i will not be fined another time. Nor did he ask for a bribe or indicate. hats off to the honest Officer on duty.
