No Bribe for Birth Certificate
I got the birth certificate for my son recently from the bommasandra branch in bangalore. I applied for 4 copies and was asked to pay the normal fees. No extra money. I had to go 4 days later to pick up the certificates. I figured I'll have to shell out the extra cash at that time. Surprisingly, it was a smooth affair. All in all, it was a very pleasant surprise.
