Here's the email we received from the Public Complaints Officer: Dear Madam/Sir, With reference to your email regarding overcharging by parking staff at MG Road Metro Station for cycle parking, we would like to inform that surprise inspection of the parking was carried out and no case of overcharging was found. The Station Manager specifically met few cycle users and none of the passengers reported about overcharging by parking staff. Further, passengers may contact Sh.
