I paid bribe of aroun 1600 Rs through agent to get No objection certificate for my car. I am moving from bangalore to gujarat. Although i paid bribe, i was very happy to get my work done in 3 days. Earlier i tried on my own (to get NOC for my bike) and had to go to RTO office 8-9 times over period of 3 months and paid 2000 Rs as bribe for RTO officer. Its better to go through agents then to interact with sarkari babus
