After my arranged marriage I needed my marriage certificate for some official purpose as early as possible. I went to the mentioned office, which is in first floor and tried to inquire the procedures the only answer from them is "GO TO TYPING CENTER THEY WILL GUIDE YOU" then I realized their intention, then I went and asked an center in ground floor they said it costs Rs. 1750 if certificate required in a week (the actual fees is Rs. 200) I wanted to try it by myself, then i came to know it is useless because a filled application should be carried by these brokers, If you carry it personally it would get rejected for no reasons for multiple times even if you get through this process you will have to wait for n number of days to get your certificate. So I paid the money and started the process.
