Bribed for learners license

I went to the Road Transport Organization at Tiruvanmiyur, with the help of a Driving School.So, not sure about the amount i bribed but i felt ashamed to see the invigilator answering the learners license test in tamil language, which i don`t know at all.To my surprise whosoever has come were came to bribe.Wish i will try not to repeat bribing
