Corruption in Cement Corporation of India Ltd.(A Govt. of India enterprise), SCOPE COMPLEX.CORE 5, 7, LODHI ROAD, New Delhi-110 003

Cement Corporation of India Ltd. is a Govt. of India Enterprise, with its Head Office in SCOPE COMPLES, CORE 5, 7,Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110 003
There were 12 manufacturing units, 3 in M.P., 3 in A.P., 1 in gulbarga, 1 in H.P., 1 in Assam (Bokajan) with ********** Darbari as CMD in 1988-1997.Now we have only 3 units. Almost all CMD arrested by CBI, including A.K.**********, arrested by CBI on 26,Feb.,2011 as NALCO CMD.
L.J.Ramaiah,Zonal Manager, CCI, High Court of A.P. sentenced him to 3years jail in 2010. ********** **********, GM, Akaltara, could not be arrested as this is a remote place, 45 KM from Bilaspur. He built his house in Bilaspur after stealing every electrical item, construction item, from the company. including platinum crucibles costing Rs.2.00Lakhs each. He is only person CBI could not arrest in Akaltara.
Similar is the case of ********** **********, Sales Supervisor, who got of turn promotion in 2008 as sales Officer. He is now the Head of Deptt. of P&A, Secunderabad. He is also self appointed Territory Manager of Hubli and Gulbarga Dump.These people have paid a big amount to higher authorities, so that they are not transferred or harassed un-necessarily.
He has a criminal record. He physically assaulted a Manager and he was kicked out of CCI. After fighting a seven year legal case joined CCI again in 2005. He was transferred to Hubli and Gulbarga, but never left Secunderabad.He is a Bihari Goonda of CCI Secunderabad. Nobody dare punish him, becuse of his strong Political Connection. He has an adverse Vigilance Report too.He was about to be kicked out of CCI once again, but somehow the case was quashed.But nobody dare take any action against him. Similar is the case of Annirudh **********(UP), ********** **********(Mumbai),and Y.K.**********(Pune), all Biharis.
********** ********** and Y.K. ********** have already built houses in Pune. Quick and swift action is taken against people of other communities, like instant transfer to remote and distant places, like South Indians transfer to Assam, Manipur, Nagaland, or even to Bhatinda from ********** every two-three years. If people dont pay anything to higher authorities, they will be punished brutally and cruelly. Salaries denied or delayed, Tour Bills not reimbursed, Promotion denied or delayed, even upto 20 years. But ********** **********, ********** ********** and Annirudh ********** all promoted out-of-turn, that is within three years they became Executives(from Supervisors) and claim Taxi Bills for Market Survey. Silver wares, woth Rs.50000/= are gifted to Railway Authorities, during New Year at Secunderabad, so they place Rakes for CCI at Tandur. There is Gang of people who are supporting each other, like KC Gopalan **********(Ex-CCI Dy. GM), ********** Maithani(GM, New Delhi). They take a share of the Gifts from ********** **********, HOD,P&A, TM-Hubli and Gulbarga. The King of CCI,Secunderabad. CCI does not act against Corrupt Officials. They lack the Will to take any action against Corrupt Officials, while honest South Indians are Transferred and harassed instantly. But no such action against Corrupt Biharis. The Vigilance Report is suppressed or buried. CCI should not have a Vigilance Deptt.They leak out all information to the suspects, like MM **********, or Sonik. Such people should never be allowed to run Deptt. They only collude with criminals. It is my personal experience. India is a very coruupt Nation. We should never sing the National Anthem, till all Corrupt people are jailed.
********** Rathi was the President of Bombay Stock Exchange in 1996. He was sacked because he indulged in corrupt practices.
How swiftly CCI harasses honest employees by transferring them, denying them Salary, increments, transferring them to remote areas, where there are snakes and scorpions only.
KC Gopalan **********,(on Contract, after Retirement), even now poses as Dy. GM. Every three years a Govt. employee is transferred, but not Corrupt Biharis. ********** ********** Manager, Mktg., claims House Rent allowance, even after Transfer to Tandur, from Secunderabad, because, his Family is in Secunderabad and his children are Studying there. He was transferred Mid-Term. His children cannot break Term. Only he is entitled to such a claim, because he is a special Bihari. South Indians cannot claim any such Benefits. CCI is Bihari and North Indians Versus other Communities. Biharis live by blackmailing, threatening other communities.
