The took my Hero Honda Pleasure from a no parking zone and when i reached there i was ready to pay the fine as per RTO Norms. However they first told me that fine is not 100 Rs. fine is 1000 if the same is parked at foothpath. then they demaned original paers and driving licence. as i was not having the original one. they asked further fine of 600 Rs. it was 9.00 PM and finally they told me to pay 1000. but as i was not having that money they asked me to whatever i have so when i checked i was having 600 Rs. so thay took the same and didnt gave any receipt.
