Frightened, and not feeling comfortable ,lack of respect

Yes I was very much frightened by the behavior of these officials ,I couldn't think or move for some time ,I never had such situation in my life,before or after. they don't talk to you with due respect,which is so disgusting.any way at last I ended up paying bribe.
