I wanted to get No birth record certificate from Harihar Taluk office. Even after visiting the taluk office for many times, i had no success in getting the certificate unless paying the money. They have no value for their work hours as long as as no value for public time. Why its so hard for Indian citizen to get no birth record certificate. Please save country and do atleast few minimim legal things to work for public paying minimal government fee.
