Paid to get my tax refund back ...

• Commercial Tax, Sales Tax, VAT
• VAT Refund
• Paid INR 10,000

I pay 10% of my refund amount for VAT Tax Office every year to get my Tax difference to be refunded .... but still the officer is not happy and demands for 15% every year, request him for 10% and settle the matter ..... pay to get your own money back ... I am shamed to be born as an Indian ....
