My passport with speed post tracking no PP874673258IN arrived today at my address but the person delivering the passport asked me 'office ka kharcha'.I told him that i have paid already whatever is needed for the issuance of the passport.After hearing this he didn't gave the passport and told me to collect it from the office.Now i have to circle around post offices.The time was around 12:45 pm at my home :- p no 34 maa shakambhari nagar Sushilpura sodala jaipur .
