I had gone as one of the 3 witness to get marraige certificate for one of my friend at marrage registration office in collectors office compound in Pune. I was shocked to see that inspite of all documents in order my friend had to pay rs 600 as BAKSHISH for the services rendered. How shameless is our society .For legitimate rights we have to pay bribes
