I was travelling on the outer ring road in bangalore and my speed was between 40-50 kmph when the traffic policeman stopped me and told my speed is more than 60 kmph that is beyond city limits ,i tried to convince him but he would not listen and i had to pay the money as i was getting late.
i dont know if others have also been harrassed like this.
