I have applied for a new LPG connection at Vinayaka Bharatgas in Bangalore. They are demanding 8200- for 2 cylinders and asking me to accept either a stove or non-stick cookware along with the connection. After repeatedly saying that I do not require the stove or cookware, they told me it is mandatory to accept one of those. In ebharatgas website FAQ it is clearly mentioned that the deposit amount is 1450- for each cylinder and 150- for the regulator. Kindly help.
