Had to pay bribe of 1000/ to the clerk in the office of the SDO electrical for sending instruction to the JE for giving connection to my house in maître vihar,bhubanswar. Again had to pay Rs.500/ to the JE for ending the linemen foe fixing the meter and supply connction at Xavier section. it was around May,2013.
