Corrupt Officer police Inspector Mr Bhalke

I went to report a FIR in Hatkanangale Police Station in Kolhapur on the 26th of October of a cognizable offence, the PI refused to file the FIR......after a lot of persuasion he accepted to file the FIR on the 8th November but with a demand of 25000 Rupees.

I had no option but to pay the money and file the FIR.
