Didn't pay a bribe, but could not get work done.
I was facing problem with my old meter, it showed drastic usage and i have to pay huge bills. I requested for a replacement but nothing happened. Finally i was asked to pay a bribe to get work done but i simply refused. It has been more than a month and I am on with my old meter. Since its the beginning of the revolution we all have to pay, but ultimately there will be a Corruption free *******
