I have a maruti wagenar cng car and the authorized agent at bharat petrol pump in andheri east charged me rs.100 instead of rs 90 that is the rate of RTO why is there a extra charge on a cng car which is eco friendly what is going on looting people in the name of PUC and new rules please advise me
